The deep black textile is woven with geometric motifs in gold and bronze threads, creating a rich interplay of texture and light. The surface is further enhanced with small golden studs applied by hand along the bust and sleeves. A subtle flash of lime satin inside the sleeves adds a fresh contrast. The black velvet belt, lightly adorned, completes the silhouette with harmony and structure. This kaftan is designed as a two-in-one piece, with an inner sleeveless layer made from Italian cady — a refined, structured fabric known for its comfort and flow. The cut is long and graceful, offering a flattering, fluid fit. Entirely handmade in Morocco over the course of several months, this piece reflects Maison MFR’s commitment to timeless design, fine materials, and artisanal excellence.
